I am definitely still just learning and doing my research, I do like the idea of buying local but because of how expensive it is here now I don't think it's a good option for me for cash flow.Maybe we can go grab some Korean BBQ when you are back, it's one of my favorite foods!

Many are without basic housing and we are encouraging everyone to do what we can to provide this basic need without raising prices.Two large pods will be delivered to our Houston offices shortly filled with basic food, water, hygiene and clothing supplies for residents, work crews and others affected by this storm.

DH may get some inheritance when his mother passes and we'd like to use that for investing.REI came up as a plausible option after DH went on for a while about starting a food services business; neither of us have experience or frankly, passion, for that, so I nicely nixed it and suggested rental properties.So, now I'm the point person!
