@Chris Heeren The landlord has a right to withhold a security deposit for any of several reasons, such as if the tenant:damaged the premises beyond ordinary wear and tear;caused waste or neglect of the premises (such as leaving hot water running in the bathtub for days);didn't pay rent;didn't pay for utility services, whether the landlord provided these or the tenant paid the utility companies directly; ordidn't pay mobile home parking fees that the local government assessed against the tenant.

Legacy agricultural district converted into rural homes, so their neighbors have pigs in their yard, goats, mobile homes, etc...Not entirely sure what the following means, but the seller states the following and wonder if this automatically means I will not be able to get financing from a bank:"This property will be quick claim deeded to buyer, buyer needs to be a cash buyer.

So if an investors specializes in SFR's, or Mobile homes and is doing great, well in that case diversifying into apartments etc. may be unnecessary and superfluous.Just my 2 cents.
