Resources to find empty lots + provide details for local zoning laws

Hi all,

I'm interested in starting a container home project and am currently looking for a good lot to get everything in motion. If anybody knows the best websites or resources to locate empty lots that include pricing and additional details, it would be helpful if you could share it here.

It would also be great to share resources that provide information about zoning in specific cities or regions across the US. This may be a different resource though, and might just be me talking with the local building department. Thanks!

Joe
