The BP site is an incredible resource from the forums to the blogs and podcasts.

What I’d suggest is locating the top 5 multifamily brokers in that market (via LoopNet, listing sites, etc.) and ask them for a referral.Tell them what your investment criteria is and that you’re looking to acquire properties over 100 units.

Each of which  I have seen find killer deals for investors.Contractors and subs are the more difficult problem to solve, as even the big contractors here are having trouble finding laborers to work job sites.

Joined the site about a week ago and man is it full of useful information and helpful people.

I just recently found this site a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed the great info BP provides and community of like-minded individuals helping each other reach their financial goals.  

I can say that if it wasn't for this site, I would have never decided to look into real estate investing.

Hello BP Family,Do any of you know of a good site to get info about the property management companies of an area?

All of the information you need is right in this site, I know because this was my guide to purchasing my first MF property.

I'm considering sealing it but I've read some blogs that say it will just fade and flake off.

The podcasts are a great place to start- the books on this site are well worth the read as well
