I’ve been diving into articles online and it seems like a daunting task but worth it.

I've been watching dozens of videos and reading articles on how to flip houses. 

Spend time reading on the forums, read the blogs, professional and member blogs alike.

There is a Bigger Pockets article that just came out weighing the pros and cons of debt purchases vs all cash purchases.

There's been some great articles and I've used the Rental Property Calculator a couple of times.I'm a grad student in the New Haven area and I'd be a first time buyer/eventual investor.
