Is this acquisitions commission normal for wholesaling?

Hey guys! I’m an acquisitions manager for a wholesaling company. We purchase properties in cash and make commission for how much our profit is. Our commission is 10% on profits under 15k and 15% for profits over 15k. So a 10k profit would get me 1k commission and 15k profit would get a 2,250 commission. Does anyone know if this is a low commission structure or normal? We’re 100% commission.
