@Bill Goodland there are 5% conventional options for 2-4 family if you qualify.

Thus far I am considering displaying the additional tax base that will come from that verse a SFH, additional power used from a duplex (ie city gets a portion of all electrical bills in city), additional water and sewer revenues, and the big one that it helps the affordable housing crisis. 

Been thinking about this since Murphy signed the bill.

Then how long until these tenants can get back to work and catch up on all their bills so essentially the landlord Is the one taking this HUGE hit!

Just a shame to put this burden on landlords that have bills to pay as well
