The house in question is about 6 min walking distance from Turner Field at the same time a short drive from Grant Park proper.I want to get market insights from fellow investors in Atlanta and get their point-of-view on what they are seeing around Peoplestown/Turner Field area and their thoughts about investing close in the area.I recently read an article in AJC about GSU plans to develop Parking lots and the redevelop the entire area.

To me this goes hand in hand with narrow pad spacing and you can't buy 10-12' homes any more, least that's my view from driving local parks and not seeing any newish inventory.

One of those things that is nice to have in place, but the tenant had the chance to view the property and saw it didn't have them before they leased it.Stop paying these fees to your property mismanager.
