I'd completely ignore the zestimate and just ask your agent for a CMA and rental comps. 

Just know that financing a build is COMPLETELY different than just buying.

I recently went through this with a duplex I sold for an acquaintance...we finally ended up changing the locks and keeping a key to each unit...we'd give 24-hour notice for showings and inspection and try to complete when they were at work...all according to the lease terms of course.This is a tough issue in general...keep us posted how this plays out.

We bought the property with cash not using any of our own money for the purchase and used 16k of our money plus what was left from the 100K we borrowed to complete the rehab.They bank was asking 105K but we got it for 69K.

As you can all see I will cash flow from the beginning just not completely to my liking.

After that first year, you can rent the home out completely to a tenant and pick up a second mortgage on another property. 

Just completed a buy for a $250k single family home from a sale by owner , thought it was an ok buy based on her initial list of $266k .

The builder completed 4 houses, and got a $300K mortgage on each one.
