I tell applicants that all the time when they ask me the average cost of utilities in my rentals (I've never lived in mine and my electrical usage is very low when they are empty).If they need work you'll be paying the utilities while this work is being done. 

I am a property Manager and also work for an Investment Company, I am curious if anyone has used Lead Propeller to set up a Website for motivated sellers and buyers as well as for rental applications and so forth.If anyone has any input they can share with me that would be great.Thanks Gina;)

If you can show me you have both an itemized list of repairs (with costs) and 3 recent APPLICABLE comps, you will gain a ton of credibility.

I learned to take the opportunity of the proposed tenant previewing my rental property as also my opportunity to preview/screen them as a tenant before the application stage.

We required her to pay us via electronic transfer and have practiced the timing of it with her from her application fee and initial deposit.

Hi Eric,The best way to screen tenants is to do your due diligence and double check everything on their application.

Don't write anything on your application that isn't true.

The applicant set up another date to fill out an application.
