Screening Process
The tenants from hell just moved out of a single family home I rent. They trashed the place from top to bottom out to inside. I wanted to know what screening processes do you use to make sure you are getting a good tentant? What is the legal way to deny someone to rent your property if they do not meet your qualifications?
Thank You
