The condo is a more upscale property than the house and I have never had a tenant abuse the appliances (well I did have one bachelor who never ran the garbage disposal and it rusted shut, but he paid for a new one).

Banks might ask for property inspection reports - this has the same problem as before.Try to find these before the foreclosure auction, so that you can get a more normal buying process, with appraisal, title search, inspections, etc.

They actually have a more forceful jet of water coming out too, which can take a little adjusting to get used to.I wouldn't compare them to low-flush toilets, because the low-flush toilet does not have sufficient flow to remove the solids in stool; the shower is only rinsing soap - how much flow do you need for that?

I understand that the property is selling for such a reduced rate due to the areas poor soil drainage (I live in an area that is predominately clay) and the expense associated with installing a more expensive and engineered septic system.
