I am a real estate investment agent and I have been working with many buyers. 

I keep having agents reach out to me, explain their credentials, and then pass me off to some other agent they work with.

But I do have some agent's who do, but again everyone has their niche so it's a match making thing.  

I'm based in NYC and looking to find an investment property in Philadelphia.Because of the distance, my agent is willing to visiting the property on behalf of me and sends me videos.He goes into each room and shows me with his commentary, which is helpful.Because I'm not onsite, I'm not sure if I'm fully understanding the neighborhood, atmosphere or details that I cannot find in the video.Would you have any tips to ask for, or pay attention to in terms of viewing property via video?

I am a licensed agent, and I work with a ton of investors in the Raleigh/Fayetteville areas. 

Initially, the seller agreed to cover the costs of septic system decommissioning and sewer connection, which sounded great.The seller's agent contacted my agent late last night to inform us that our offer had been accepted.

Since then I have closed 10 deals as an agent (5 of them closed in January), currently have 7 active listings & 4 deals under contract.
