I'm not local to your area so I can't give you specific names, but I can tell you how I did it...I downloaded some sample contracts from BP and used them as a template and wrote up my own contracts specifically tailored to my needs.Then I googled "real estate attorney [my city]". 

I read BP's New Construction Diary by J Scott (free download on BP) and they paid $2,500 for an architect in GA and other posts for single families have described lower costs.

You can also link up your software with your bank to download transactions to avoid the manual input.
