I could be wrong.Anyways, I tried calling the branch office that it is addressed to on the records and once speaking to the manager… she said all that she can do it tell me to contact a real estate agent.

You just input your address and it spits out a revenue. 

Investors who are going to give you large sums of money to invest beyond maybe the down payment on a 2-4 unit multi family will want to know that you’ve got some years of experience under your belt and some skin in the game.

@Jose Valdez have you tried entering the actual address into rentometer?

If your bank has a location near here might be worth giving them prefilled deposit slips with their address on it so you know who deposits what. 

The law requires notification of owner, and notice to last known address.

It works for every other address I pop in. 

I am not a lawyer, but I believe that this issue is usually addressed as "Joint and severable" clauses.
