I'm guessing it varies widely depending on local market conditions, but do you know of any typical hurdles (say 65% or 70%) that generally make the added risk (i.e. title and lien risk) worthwhile?

In '2002 I found that my business travel had increased to approximately 80%+ and started contemplating my next career interest/move.In early '2003 I left the corporate world and got involved in the landscaping business, however this quickly turned into doing other types of projects for people and it led me down the road of providing value-added property maintenance management services.It's now going on 5 years in this business and although it's had it's ups-and-downs I have extremely enjoyed doing this type of work and helping others.

Just added 37 bucks to my cashflow.Now I understand to get this deal it may take alot of work as well and will only be under certian conditions, but the same is for example one.

When pitched over the phone the way you hear it I would expect it is more of a headline to an ad just to get you interested.Never worry about finding the money if the deal was really $30K for a $400K property with no other liens or obligations.
