The numbers work for now, TBD on inspection. 2) Worry less about a serious reno since we're already throwing more cash at this than I'd like, throw a fresh coat of paint on it, rent and refinance just enough to make back what we put in.

I also think they should add a place inside your account to store maintenance contacts, like your plumber or handyman, and be able to alert them through Cozy about my needed repair.

Currently we (all the landlords) are repaving the parking lot, installing security cameras, landscaping, fresh paint on exterior, new roof and updating the laundry room.
