Does Canada have 30 year fixed rate mortgages?  

I'm graduating High School in a month and I want to get straight into Real Estate, I'm 17 so until I'm 18 I'm unable to get my real estate license (though its not needed in the state of FL for assigning contracts) and I don't have an LLC that would allow me to sign REI documents. 

LOL.There’s a WORSE WAY and a BEST WAY to try to obtain items 1-4 aboveBEST WAY: College or Professional Association courses in real estate (real estate license course as a base) and work experience for a REIT or other professional real estate organization and capital saved or equity raised from private parties with a MODERATE amount of debt leverage and or utilizing creative financing with low interest rate debt (may be highly leverage)WORSE WAY; Any guru courses or mentorship’s combine with high interest debt. 

One of the inherent risks of new builds is locking in an interest rate.

Current mortgage rates aren't helping. still hopping to find a way!!!

I'd use USPS Bulk Mail Services - they offer lower rates than first-class mail for sending large volumes.

Active Income - Passive income, from rental real estate, is not subject to high effective tax rates.

Not looking to beat any other term sheets, will keep lending to existing customers, but very skittish for new borrowers.I have two PG loans, due in 2026 and 2027, but not balloon, just rate adjustment.
