Listed it on Furnished Finder, Facebook, AirBnB, ZillowAs a long term rental, in one day, I got 10 contacts, 7 out of whom filled out my pre-screening questionnaires and disclosed their income, etc and at least 4 of them scheduled a showing for this week. 

As I dive into all the different paths I can take (single family vs multi-family, short term vs long term, cash flow vs appreciation, local vs out of state, etc..) my mind is scrambling and I've ended up doing nothing at all.I'm looking to join a mastermind that meets consistently and can really motivate one another to take our businesses to the next level. 

I’m looking to partways with it and sell for a smart price.

Trying to get leads at this point to see where I might be able to solicit for properties.  

Looking for some advice on a tenant issue. 

FL appreciation - property is still fairly newish and don't want to miss out on potentially solid capital appreciation in next 5-10 years - assuming that happens-Other caveat is ability to sell in coming few months without paying any capital gains taxes, which will not always be the caseThere is no crystal ball, Appreciation is/was the goal but who knows if that will happen and at what rate realistically with increasing costs of ownership here.

Then the land flipper will get to work marketing the property and selling it on to the next buyer at an inflated, more market-related, price.

At least that was my initial thought process anyway.
