I live in CO so investing in the Denver metro area is a no-go due to how expensive everything is here. 

Given the higher prices in Metro DC and the recent rise in rates, it is very difficult to find a property that will pass that FHA test.

Matt Stanford is one of the highest paid QBs that doesn't have a playoff win under his belt. that is sad. at this rate ill take you and your team to revitalize Detroit metro home at -135 odds over the Lions making it to playoffs next year lol.  

While I currently work in Operations for an insurtech startup in New York City, I want to invest close to home; the Kansas City metro. 

A good true turnkey is a company that lives, works, eats, and breathes in the metro area that you want to invest. 

I heard that within a 20 min metro ride of Crystal City, off blue and yellow, will be impacted positively.

The DC region has the smallest number of multifamily properties of any major metro area, and it isnt even close.

The market in my area isn't as competitive as some other metro areas, but it's dominated by a few big fish in a small pond.
