Hello All,As an out of state investor who owns a few properties in STL, does it make sense to join this association?

My name is Tremaine Kwasikpui, and I am excited to join this vibrant community of real estate enthusiasts and professionals.

It just starting to feel like its impossible to get less than 100k in lending no matter how secure the deal isOmar this is doable.

I don’t have an immediate need for the equity transfer but it seems like the right thing because mobiles are so hard to leverage and I don’t want this new property using up all my equity indefinitely. 

In most cases, neither is warranted.Warning: I am not an attorney, and this can be a complicated topic.

Please give me feedback as this doesn't quite fit into typical calculators and I'm not confident with my current calculations.I have signed an off-market Agreement of Sale (executory contract) on a property in the Phoenix suburbs.
