Outside building looks great, that picture that I put in is the back of the building.I went at Saturday night to check on neighborhood, pub next door had loud music, train pass across the street of the building as well :)

Whether it was your fault or not they like throwing that around.Lastly, before you send over that contract run over to house, take pictures with your phone and make sure that unit is there when you submit the offer.

Own properties and partner of a PMC.Started out doing everything myself, but soon realized that growth would be capped without delegation.So, started a PMC to handle management and focus on big picture issues.Most property owners fail to understand that EVERY company has efficiency/waste issues and the bigger the company the more waste there typically is.

Look at the big picture first and go backwards to the beginning.
