I recently partnered with someone on a deal because of a few factors but the deal made sense is so many ways. 

Out of me and my partner I am the only one currently working as my partner is focusing on getting fit in the gym as he will be joining the AirForce soon to become a Pararescue.We are still saving as much as we can plus working on our credit to get the best rates we can.If there is one thing I am very happy I do have, is that it is so easy for me to not waste money.

@Todd Dexheimer this strategy is so common here, that the question you hear most is "how are you going to get the tenants out".

No one needs to pay for groups or coaching or mentoring until they are already doing business because there is so much great information available for free.

The standard of living is SO much higher today than it was 25, 50, 75 or 100 years ago.

To be clear, I have not read the case transcripts or anything like that, but if it is so simple for a skilled attorney to poke through the separation between a person and the company they own, then it should be child's play to pierce the veil between 123 Main Street LLC and 125 Main Street LLC, both of which obviously do the same thing.  

Plus the market is so saturated with wanna be flippers.
