Bruce mentioned that this was not a real economic recovery in his last year's "How I survived real estate 2012" presentation.

In fact I give the Euro only a 50/50 chance of surviving another 2 years.

@Joe Harris  once you pull all your cash out of your credit cards your fico will go down to the low 600's

I don't think either method is absolutely right or absolutely wrong but while planning imagine that we will experience another 2008 RE crash once or twice in the next 10 years and then make sure you can survive if that happens without going under.

Mortgage firms were difficult to deal with in 2009-2012 because they barely survived the financial collapse.
