The current owner is definitely losing money with new roof, siding, cabinets, refinished floors, paint, etc.

We are probably looking at another $22k or so in debt service depending on the offer price and interest rate.

Turns out another tenant in the building has suddenly started with the same type of behavior, trying to push lease terms, and trying to dictate when we can send our service guys in, always on their terms, never meeting half way. 

The laundry room had cracked wood paneling walls and peeling vinyl flooring that we replaced with peel and stick vinyl planks, and added 1/4" sheetrock and new beadboard wood paneling for an updated look.

I spent approx $7k getting the unit ready new floors, appliances, vanity, sprayed the shower/tub, etc...it looked great.

It just depends on what services you provide.

Does anyone recommend a service like rentometer or neighborhood scout specifically?
