What is your current housing and family situation?

My problem I am running into is I cannot get a loan because I do not have 2 years of job history and the amount of money I make every week varies.

Lenders won't require U.S. credit history however may require a foreign national credit report, and 2 trade lines opened and active for the past 2 years.

As for finding LP's, start out with family/friends who you trust to get the ball rolling/build your own credibility/experience.

The complaint was that we gave an apartment to a family and not her (single person). 

And you will spend thousands trying to argue that you should not get sued personally and especially if its single member or just family. that's reality.. 

Currently I reside with family in Toano and need to find a place to live. 

We currently have single family properties in Des Moines & Enumclaw but are looking to add properties in TN & OH. 

I need to make my first move so as to avoid analysis paralysis but I don't know how to go about it.I hope to meet a mentor(s) who can help me with my vision to own numerous single and multi family rentals to create cash flow, financial freedom, and a legacy for my family.
