I would go to all the local banks and credit unions’ web pages and see what they have.

We do the usual web postings on every rental site possible, flyers at hospitals, coffee shops, and local college lists.

I can see a AG or DA taking this guy on since he has such a big public presence you know they love to fry those guys.. 

I don't think you would be breaking any laws by renting to them, but you might want to check on the ICE and DHS web sites.

True OREO is bank owned or service company owned and generally they dont allow assignments.. and you need pretty decent non refudable EM and POF ..

From my research, mobile home parks might be a solution to the housing crisis, especially if a designer figures out how to make em look sexy. 

They learn to program and find the criteria that they are looking for and scrape the data from the web.

But I do know that all the important people in the real estate world do say its passive, but I think many of them talk about real estate and pay other people to do seminars in their name and collect tuition checks or sell web access to special content like foreclosure listing, etc. 

I would recommend trying a different web browser.
