Foreclosures and bankruptcy properties
What is the best way to acquire a list of properties that are in foreclosure or bankruptcy properties?

I would go to all the local banks and credit unions’ web pages and see what they have. There are lists you can buy but, if you are starting local, you can also check the legal pages in your local papers for auctions. There are also auction companies that sell for the banks locally.
