Use wire nuts inside the junction box to join the new and old cables.You should also buy a new temperature and pressure relief valve (safety valve) for each new heater, if it doesn't come with one in the box.

Cozy accepts partial payment which sort of drives me nuts and they can also take the money back out of your account if the tenant claims fraud but I would assume any online rental collection site can do that.
