Since investing is about the numbers I would say you should use the calculator app on BP or download a property evaluator app.

I would suggest taking time/dated stamped photos (time stamp is an app you can find for your phone if you do not have one) of the work that has been completed and create a visual time line of work performed.

They usually post reminders of meeting on the meetup app and on Facebook.

I usually import all the addresses into the app on my computer, and let it pick the optimal route.  

Another question for you those of you who use app folio is it worth the extra cost over a building in or cozy I've done just some research as I'm really busy and manage about 30 units some SFR and some apartments is app folio worth extra payment for peace of mind or four usability I'm just trying to get this stuff straight before I go with a whole new system right now it's just a big **** up some paid cash others pay direct posit etc. because some are real low income and others are nice single-family houses.

I use the MLS Trend app, Realtor.com, and Redfin.

Google and Apple are actually making money these days.

I can remotely turn it on and off using app on my phone .
