Hi this question is for landlords and property managers: What are your favorite ways to received rent payment online?

I've heard good things about cozy, erentpayment, and intuit

I'd prefer something that can also receive credit card payment for lower income tenants.  Also less fees and convenience are preferred.

Also does anyone use a swipe system like paypal or square for late payments or deposits etc?

I'm trying to automate my system instead of having to cash the monthly checks.

We use the property management software called Buildium which has all the features you listed and much more all built specifically for Property management.

I highly recommend checking them out.
