I'm trying to see if that make sense from title perspective since a) even if i knew him he's not going to give me majority interest in LLC without the payment first, and b) the refi will use the building as the collateral which is held by the LLC, so i'm not entitled to the refi cash?

Besides crossing my fingers have plan A,B,and C in place.

It needs to be an A to B to C transaction.

You are like me I am about .8% CoC with solid B and above Class properties where you will enjoy both appreciation and cash flow.

@Bob B. not sure if this is where you were going with this but while he may have not seen the house before he closed on it, I doubt he would be able to make out the issues the inspector missed.
