They know that I've been relatively unsatisfied, so I'm not sharing anything with you guys that they don't already know.Pros:Full service property management, including repairs & upgrades, and staff to deal with repairs very quicklySeem to be able to rent my property quickly with a good tenant selection process (including background checks), it's been very low vacancyCons (why I would like to find a different manager):Never respond to email questions from me (the owner) -- this is a HUGE problem and they know that I'm complained about it with no real improvementDidn't contact me before renewing the last leaseWould be curious to know if you have found a solid full-service choice
