Hello!

My husband and I have one occupied rental, one property in rehab and one home that we live in that will become a rental as soon as we find our forever home. We are looking for a Real Estate Attorney in the area that we can review our options with. We aren't sure if we should put all of the homes in a new LLC for the rentals or just work off his land care LLC as a DBA. If anyone in the Columbus are has a suggestion we would love to hear!

Thanks,

Rachel Trubisky

I have heard this from professional resources as well, and that I should check "local practices." However, they also say that as long as the loan is being paid, banks rarely take any action.  These are the kind of answers that drive me batty.  Does anyone have any insight for Ohio, specifically Columbus?
