I really appreciate the share.Buying that volume of Chicago tax liens has to be a good long-term play...I'd love to understand their strategy and thought process.For those who didn't want to do the math that is $4,000 per tax lien which just seems ridiculous lol

This is for just someone who puts the numbers in the boxes for you, most of them are seasonal, and you won't see them again - if you have an issue, someone else will deal with it in the future.If a CPA/EA isn't charging substantially more than these amounts, they are likely short changing themselves given they are often providing substantially more in services, guidance, strategy, etc.

Yes they aren't cheap, but if they can increase revenue enough to make up/exceed their fees by increasing occupancy and making you feel comfortable because they are there to ensure things run smoothly..then it sounds like a win to me!
