Those jars/bottles can still get gross, and it ends up another item in a long list that you have to keep up with.

It can be awkward having to tell them to keep it clean so you just set ground rules in advance.

I would not be eligible for a 1031 exchange, and when looking at refinance rates on 3% and 5.5% rates respectively, the numbers would not make sense to keep the properties and scale.
