Greetings all!

I'm a long time listener- first time caller :-D. I finally have my first deal, a duplex, under rehab! It's been a bumpy ride getting to the first deal, and the fun's not over, now that the rehab is underway. I was referred to a great GC that is helping me stay near budget throughout this endeavor. This may not be a perfect BRRRR, but it'll be a lot closer than if I would've gone with the first GC I interviewed. I can't wait until this one is rented so I can start zeroing in on the next one!

In case you doubt it, there are still deals out there.

Hey Evait, congrats on your first deal! Yes there are good deals out there to be had, it just takes some due diligence to weed through all the not so good ones. Having a good GC is so pivotal in the success of the borrower. If you ever need any help with the financing on future deals, I'd be more than happy to help.
