Being on a team is personal preference, but I prefer it because I like the camaraderie, support, and accountability of a team. eXp Realty also allows you to make your full commission on a couple of your own deals per year (minus a few minor fees for the transaction), which I find very helpful in general and as a real estate investor.

Hey Kaylan,Stick to the neighborhoods where your middle class Americans live (teachers, mechanics, mailmen, etc) These are the best areas to drive for dollars since most of your end-buyers prefer to flip these homes.Also, look into pulling the Code Violations list from your county - they are essentially driving for dollars for you.Best of luck

Some lenders will do it in your name, and then transfer it back to the LLC, but I don't prefer that (due to transfer taxes).
