Yeah this 6 unit the owners bought each condo for 25-35k so they were only in it around $200k back in 2012 and havnt done any work and they wouldn't even discount the place when porch was shot.

Then a $200 discount for paying before the first of the month and another $100 discount for lawn maintenance and snow removal.

In other words:None of us would be in business if "no one searched for these keywords", because if no one searched for these keywords --> there are no motivated sellers --> none of us can buy houses at a discount, including YOU Mr "I do something other than SEO to make money".So your point is proven wrong.

Listening to the BP podcasts have a tremendous amount of information to learn from so many different people and their experiences that often give encouragement to those just getting started and for experienced investors too.
