I'm considering the idea of getting in the market for a $4-5M, 20th century apartment building in Brooklyn, NY.

This has been a touchy topic in the past.

Is this idea as crazy as it sounds?

Any ideas or suggestions on how to list your property with the appropriate travel nurse organizations, to rent out a fully furnished brand new townhouse that is super close to 3 hospitals?

Getting your Real Estate license is a great idea for flipping houses you will be able to save 2.5-3% when you buy (if listed on MLS) but definitely when you sell which is a nice added cushion in case unexpected expenses come up especially when starting out!

But remember, requirements can vary by lender, so it's always a good idea to check directly with them

This subjective and heavily pushed idea seems driven by a real sense of fear.

I am looking for someone who works in the lease option niche to please recommend me some useful books to better understand this topic.
