Good color choices and finishes!!

Just a comment; an emergency=car repair, hospital trip, tooth abscess.

A property that looks old and dated will be vacant far more then a nicer one that has been updated with new countertops, nice ceiling fans (not the cheap 4 blade white ones), new vanities, nicer faucets, exterior neutral paint colors, ceramic tile in kitchen and baths.  

The MW has color built in and won't require painting.

Protect yourself and be honest with yourself.Your interior design friend will be helpful as you choose paint colors and things, but you may want to avoid potentially costly structural moves of things for your first flip or two until you become more confident and knowledgeable.

The colors were simple Navajo white, cheap dark laminate flooring, light blue in the the bathroom, new fixtures, new water heater, new A/C so that the main systems are good and I don't have to worry about them for awhile.

I just picture a dude yapping away on a blue tooth, driving 90 in a red convertible sports car with vanity plates that read "CRSHNGIT," $100 haircut blowing in the wind, cutting me off in traffic, Lol.
