It seems most people are doing so to allow rental income to support DTI ratios.If I can income-qualify for purchasing a property without utilizing a FHA loan, is there any reason or need to do so?

Dad isn't on lease- I am not going to support that behavior where a grown woman has her daddy involved.I plan on having a direct conversation with the three tenants on the lease to openly and responsibly address concerns.Here are my questions:In reviewing the deposit check, I noticed that her dad IS a joint on the checking account.

Even with a 50% vacancy rate this home will support itself and put money in our pockets (4 bed, 3 bath completely renovated antique cape sitting at the end of a dead end road surrounded by pastures).

I rent a storage building for my staging furniture and they have a large lot full of motor homes, boats, trailers, cars, trucks, etc.Another idea if you like farming and the land will support it would be to put some kind of livestock on it (cows, goats, etc).
