How are flippers getting renovation plans, structure engineering drawings quickly to submit to planning and building and safety so they can obtain a permit.The county of LA has a extensive list of requirements to get a permit.  

In my calcs I factored in 5% vacancy rate as a default but I'm not sure if that's the real vacancy rate of the area.I submitted an offer and once I'm under contract I'll fly to Dayton and drive around the city to get a feel for it.
