Tenants are pretty used to this concept in SFR but you just need to go by what your market commands.However, in some multi family units it is harder to get all the utilities in the tenants.

I called my regular insurance company, and they can't seem to wrap their heads around the concept of fixing and flipping -- they don't think they can insure the place because it doesn't sound like the house is in very good condition.
