Our metro is unusually large, has two professional sports teams, and is also benefited by an eclectic variety of industry.To add to that, the affordability is extremely attractive.

Also, a very very very large sports arena is going in 1.8 miles away.

I read on the news regularly about developers spending millions of dollars to build a few hundred units and in most cases, the jurisdictions and residents killing off multifamily projects that developers want to build. 

Tanker being blown up in other side of world doesn’t really affect my real estate investments on daily basis, where markets will plunge on news like that.Thank you for your input

The good news is my dad is also looking to invest in real estate and meets the criteria so with my down payment I believe he’d be willing to do it.
