What is your mission?

I created a separate entity just for that particular side of town so that my vision and mission will match the direction I want to go in the future.

My mission is to purchase a multi-family home and "house hack", living there and renting out the other space.

in my mind doing anything other than working on capital and just some browsing of deals is a waste of your time.. capital should be mission number one.. nothing happens without it.

Social media management and content creation for businesses. 

They're social and networking groups. 

I also really want to be able to give more Time, Talent and Treasure to organizations that utilize baseball as a vehicle for social impact.I have begun my real estate education with the usual reading of books/posts and listening of podcasts.

I have several tenants that greatly lack any respectable social skills. 

You can do it however if your social standards are higher than what a typical S8 tenant is you may find it extremely difficult to share a building with them.
