Hello BP Members,

I am currently seeking hard money investors for multi family deals locally (Massachusetts) and OOS. I have a few interest and the each have different terms. I don’t want to jump on anything that sounds better than the last. I figured Bigger Pockets will have some insight for me moving forward. Books for an example or just the dirty truth. Lol

Also, if any investors have terms they'd like to offer, feel free to let me know. Goal is 1000+ units in the next 5-7 years using the BRRRR stradegy. I am an agent building relationships with agents OOS. understanding a market is my profession.

Thank you
