They took a lot of the stuff out of the house including the toilet which ended up sitting in the yard at the side of the house for several weeks (I don't know why).

If you listened to the gurus, you would think that owning rentals is just a lot of sitting around waiting for money to fall from the sky.Having said that, certainly not all tenants are bad tenants and not all tenants need to be evicted.
