Dan Shelhamer you can try truerent.com or rentecdirect.com for the tracking of in come and expenses.I input all the transactions daily or weekly and I scan all paper receipts into a folder on my computer categorized by month/year

A lot of the pod are biodegradable these days so the plastic isn't quite as bad as it once was but it still a concern.Here is a pic of our master bedroom coffee barPlus you get to see the lake view in the winter.

Often the property is not being marketed correctly (mistakes in the listing, commercial property listed as a residential, horrible pics/description, mold/sewage/bugs or any other issue that can be fixed with time and money).

Figured everyone would want to see the before and after pics.
