Total taxes for city and county in West Philadelphia?
Just finished our flip in Glenolden and we have an offer on it. Glenolden township is very very tough with inspections and permits. To the point where most of the contractors I hired couldn't start the job. Anyways, I had 3 questions for people near Philadelphia.
1)On the MLS for 19104 properties West Philadelphia, I see the taxes. However I don't know if that's all the taxes. Where would I find the total taxes for city and county for the property?
2)how do investors record their purchase price to something nominal (ex. $1, $10) Instead of the actual purchase price?
Thanks!

1) atlas.phila.gov or http://legacy.phila.gov/revenue/realestatetax/
2) Do you have an example? Most $1 transactions are transfers between family members. There was a strategy called 89-11 that involved businesses but I thought that loophole was closed.
